COME & MEET ME ON Saturday, 5/31/08 at Kabobs, Northwood Road, Hopatcong, NJ from noon-2PM! OK, I've arrived and I am an absolute beauty. I get along with kids, cats & other dogs. This picture does not do me justice at all. My foster mom says I am a perfect boy, need a little work with the housebreaking but I'm a very quick learner and some of it might be nerves from my long ride this past weekend. Lars was saved 4/10/08 from being gassed at a shelter in Georgia--we couldn't take our eyes off this sad, sweet boy. Lars deserves so much better... He arrived to Husky House April 19, 2008. Lars is a lab mix but is predominately a very handsome BLACK LAB. He is a sweet, friendly young boy. Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience or have researched the breed thoroughly. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
