Crystal

Young Female Siberian Husky / Mixed

This pet is no longer available for adoption.

COME & MEET ME on Sunday, 4/27/08 at Club Barks in West Paterson, NJ (Little Falls area) from 12-2PM, here's the website for directions, www.clubbarks.com Looking forward to meeting you! Hi, my name is Crystal (but they call me Cryssie for short!) and I'm a beautiful black & white female husky with very pretty blue eyes. I'm a hi-energy girl who loves other dogs and would probably do best if I could live with another pup to keep me company, as I do get a little anxious when I'm alone. But I didn't have such a nice start in life, as I can be handshy and have learned to defend myself if I feel threatened, so I need a family who understands my needs and would be willing to help me trust all people again (and remember to give me my medication too). I do love to snuggle and give kisses to those I love and trust, and like nothing more than a good belly rub every now and again! I'm probably housebroken, but may need a refresher course since I've been living in a boarding facility for a bit, and I shouldn't be around cats since I think they're too much fun to chase and catch. If you think you could love me forever, please let Husky House know and they will be more than happy to let you meet me! Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience or have researched the breed thoroughly. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
