Young Male Siberian Husky / Mixed

COME & MEET ME THIS W/E 9/15 & 9/16 from 10AM-3PM at an adoption event at the Petsmart in East Hanover, NJ, Rte. 10 West. We think Juneau may be ok with cats, not 100% sure though but it is a possibility. Juneau is a 10 month old male. He was born the beginning of October 2006 weighing about 45 pounds. He was taken in because his former owner could no longer care for him, as the condo he moved to insisted Juneau be muzzled when out in public. Juneau needs a family who can take the time to get out his energy. He is VERY full of energy! Juneau will need training to get used to a crate. He has separation anxiety and becomes nervous when left alone. Juneau is a very sweet puppy who likes to give kisses and be pet. He craves attention and loves all his toys. He gets along well with other dogs. He may not do well with small children due to his habit of jumping. He has not yet been tested with children, small dogs or cats, but he does have a high prey drive. Juneau is a very sweet young boy who needs a family that will give him all the love, attention, training and exercise that he deserves! Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. *The minimum age for adopters is 23 yrs. old and you must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do homevisits prior to the pup going to its new home. *We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience or have researched the breed thoroughly. *We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall. Adoptions Application
