Update from foster mom (July 2013) This handsome boy is Teddy. He's 7 months old and is husky/pit mix with a blue and brown eye. He's about 40lbs and will grow a bit more. He's energetic, sweet, affectionate, house and crate trained and is good with other dogs. He loves attention and will be your shadow. Teddy has that puppy energy and will he is a quick learner and eager to please. Teddy would make a great family dog. Anyone interested can go to huskyhouse.org and fill out an application. Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Matawan, NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience. NO EXCEPTIONS.
