Deedee is a sweet but very shy little girl who is just 11 lbs. Deedee’s old owners no longer wanted her so instead of surrendering her to a shelter they throw her out a car window in five lanes of traffic. Scarred and injured she found her self in a shelter with no family to love her. But that didn’t stop this little angel. Soon Husky House found her and took her in. Now she is looking for her forever home. Deedee is a sweet girl, but she is shy around strangers. She is not good with kids, and sometimes does not get along with other dogs. Deedee has also never learned to potty outside and only goes on Wee Wee pads, but with some training and a little understanding Deedee can learn to go outside. Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. *The minimum age for adopters is 25 yrs. old and you must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do homevisits prior to the pup going to its new home. *We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience or have researched the breed thoroughly. *We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall. Adoptions Application
