Baby Female Siberian Husky / Mixed

Miya is a sweet but shy 5 month old Isabella white female siberian husky pup with one blue eye and one split eye (mostly brown/a little blue). This does not detract from her beauty though. She has a very sweet disposition and for the most part is more on the mellow side for a young husky pup. She was given up by her owner. She is currently at Husky House in NJ as of 3/25/06. She gets along well with other dogs and loves being around children. It can take a couple of days for her to warm up but when she does, she's a love. She has the softest, beautiful creamy vanilla-colored fur ever! She likes to play with tennis balls and has a blast with squeaky toys! She gets very excited when you are getting her water, very cute to watch! She is paper trained and we are working on housetraining, doing much better with the peeing outside! More progress with pooping outside in the last few days also :-) Appears to be ok with cats, especially if they stand their ground, then she pretty much ignores them. Might take some disciplining to let her know they are off limits but don't see a problem with them cohabitating. COME & MEET ME AT the Barker Lounge on Saturday, 4/29/06 from noon-3PM! Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. *Adopters MUST be at least 25 yrs old and reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do homevisits prior to the pup going to its new home. *We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment.
