Young Male Siberian Husky / Mixed

Nanook is a very petite female siberian husky of appx 25 lbs. sHe has a mostly grey coat, with some black and white. sHe has one brown eye and one brown/blue eye. Her age is estimated at 10 months - 17 months. Her owner turned her into the city kill shelter because they were moving. Because Nanook was absolutely terrified at the shelter and did not do well in that environment she was scheduled to be put down just two days after arriving. sHe stole the hearts of some of the workers at the shelter because she was so afraid. Thankfully I was able to get her out of the shelter before anything could happen to her. sHe is now in a foster home where he will get some TLC with a friend of a fellow rescuer in Manhattan. While at the shelter she perked up when he saw a small boy who she kissed on the face. Nanook is altered. sHe will also be microchipped, wormed and heartworm tested.
