Young Male Siberian Husky / Mixed

COURTESY LISTING FOR MT. PLEASANT ANIMAL SHELTER - EAST HANOVER NJ. just took in a really nice, handsome, purebred male Husky. He is a pretty steady boy and calm for a Husky. 10 months old and big. Born 12/31/03. He has had some obedience training - knows heel, sit and down pretty well, but does not fetch. He lived and played well with a 3yr. old male lab; is good with the family's 3 yr. old female cat, and is great with the children, ages 7 to 13. Relinquished because he would jump the 4 ft fence when left outside and was almost hit by a car twice. Subsequently was tied up outside on a long rope but was miserable. Will be neutered before placement. He is uptodate on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, and is microchipped through the AKC Companion Recovery Program. He will be placed for adoption on 11/2/04.
