Young Female Siberian Husky / Mixed

Carolina is a grey and white siberian husky with blue eyes. She is about a year old and extremely affectionate. She was pregnant in South Carolina and had her babies there. Being with ten other dogs at the time who attacked and killed all her puppies while she was giving birth. She did all she could but while giving birth she had no chance to protect her babies from 10 other dogs. When we heard this story we couldn't believe it and got her before she was going to be euthanised at the shelter. She is looking better than we expected her to, but she still tries to get and snuggle with any stuffed animal she can find. She also likes scrunchies! Please fill out an application to adopt this sweet girl. Seeing her hold her stuffed animals like they were her babies just breaks my heart. ****UPDATE! Our sweet carolina just can't get a break... we got awful news today (3-26) Heartworm test came back positive. Carolina has heartworm. :( she will start treatment on Monday & further testing will let us know how advanced the heartworm is. please say a prayer for a speedy recovery.
