Whisper is approx one year old. Found as a stray & terrified of everything. This sweet boy will need a loving home with LOTS of TLC. Whisper is a special needs little boy who will need time to build his confidence & feel secure. He will also need to learn how to live in a house since he was probably kept tied up by a chain outside. He was found initially with his chain collar imbedded in his neck.
