Frank is an adorable, very affectionate, 5 yr. old, neutered, male, Dachshund/ Chihuahua mix. He was surrendered to the rescue when his owner could no longer keep him. He is very sweet, gives great kisses, walks well on a leash, is fully housebroken, and loves to snuggle and be with you.
