Billy was rescued from the South where we think he was hit by a car. He came to us completely unable to walk and even had difficulty holding his head up. Here we are about 8 months later and Billy is up and moving around. He walks very well and is getting stronger every day. Billy is about 4 years old and is a schnauzer/terrier mix.
