Meet Tonic. He came to us from Kansas and unfortunately he has some brain damage which he was born with. This does not stop him from stealing your heart! He has an over abundance of personality. He has trouble walking down stairs, he bumps into things, he can't back up (he has to turn around) and the cutest thing, when he sneezes he looses his balance and falls over.
