Que Ball

Baby Female Border Collie / Mixed

This pet is no longer available for adoption.

Meet Que Ball! This little girl is an 8 week old Boarder Collie Mix and beyond adorable :) She was dumped at a gassing shelter in NC with her siblings. They were COVERED in fleas and ticks and in bad shaped. Now they are all cleaned up and flea and tick free. We have no idea what happened to these poor puppied before their ended up in the shelter but our poor little Que Ball is missing a toe on her left foot :( We can only imagine what happened. Our vet checked out the foot and says that is looks like someone intentionally cut off the 2 toes. The cut is too clean to have been an accident from sometime like farm equipment :( He said it's healing nicely and so far looks like it will not need any special attention. She is walking totally normal, is not limping or anything and it does not seam to bother her. He new family will need to keep an eye on that foot as she grows up to make sure it will continue to be heal and not bother her but he thinks she will be fine. They are really sweet puppies and already paper trained. ADOPTION FEE: $400. She will be spayed, microchipped and has her 1st round of puppy shoots. Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Matawan, NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience. NO EXCEPTIONS. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. Online Adoption Application Website: http://www.huskyhouse.org
