Meet Topaz, one of the Secaucus 7 labs. Found living in a hotel in a crate, muzzled to avoid barking, Topaz has had a very rough life. She has neurological issues that do not slow her down, she just wobbles when she walks. No special care or medication is required. She is dog friendly and just wants to be loved.
