Meet Duke. He was surrendered to Husky House when he was just 7 months old. Shortly after he arrived, our volunteers noticed that he was having trouble focusing on things. He was immediately taken to the vet and we discovered that Duke had developed juvenile cataracts. Duke had his surgery this past August and is fully recovered. It was successful and he has 100% of his vision restored. Duke has a strong personality. He will need an experienced owner who is patient and will provide him with the training he needs to be the best he can be. He is full of energy and very playful with other dogs.
