Sammy arrived to husky House on 5/11/12. He is approx. 2 years old and couldn't be any more beautiful. Sammy has calmed down. He gives paw and sits on command. He is also still a very young husky which means he has lots of husky energy. He needs someone that is ready for a young husky and the energy that comes with it. We always recommend working with a trainer when bringing a young husky into your family to make sure that everybody is starting on the right foot. He is a really sweet boy that is looking for a family that will love him they way he will love them. In his old home he lived with a mini dachshund so he would be fine with small dogs. NO HOMES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN OR CATS ADOPTION FEE is $300. I am neutered, dewormed, microchipped and up-to-date on all my shots. ADOPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - no exceptions! Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
