Meet Santee! This poor girl was left, tied to tree, emaciated and in severe pain with a ruptured tumor. At a time when she desperately needed rescue help she was rejected by several shelters until Husky House was contacted. How could we say no?! After an emergency rescue, we immediately rushed her to the hospital. After chest x rays, an ultrasound, blood work , pain meds , antibiotics and several blood transfusions, by morning our girl was feeling much better and able to undergo surgery. All went well and today she’s doing great. She’s a fighter and continues to get stronger. Once she is all healed, Santee will be ready for her loving, forever home that will show her the love and care she deserves! Interested in adopting Santee?
