Meet Maverick! Maverick is a spunky, energetic husky mix. He is great on a leash for walks and hikes and would even potentially make for a good running partner! He loves to play with other dogs his size and does well meeting people outside of his kennel. Maverick does have some issues with resource guarding in his kennel but doesn’t show this behavior in other parts of the kennel or off site. It is not known if he would resource guard in a home, but to be safe, potential adopters should have previous dog experience and should be willing to potentially work with him on this behavior.
