Meet Perla! Perla is a small-ish lab mix (about 30lbs) who came to Husky House all the way from Puerto Rico with her daughter, Sophie (who has since been adopted). Perla is sweet, affectionate, playful, great on walks, and crate trained. She knows a number of basic commands and is a great listener! Perla does have cloudy eyes, which have been assessed by an ophthalmologist and have been determined to be a purely cosmetic condition that does not affect her vision. Perla can be anxious around new people, especially men and children, but when given the space to meet them at her own pace she loves almost everyone!
