Bandyt

Young Male Siberian Husky

This pet is no longer available for adoption.

Meet Bandyt! Bandyt is a husky puppy who appears to have suffered a history of physical abuse. He was surrendered to a kill shelter by his previous owner, as he was reportedly hit by a car and suffered a broken leg, and the owner was not able to afford treatment. Another nonprofit organization saw that he was time stamped and stepped in to cover the cost of his treatment, with the intention of reuniting him with his previous owner afterwards. However, this organization’s veterinarian found signs of extensive physical abuse when examining the dog, and therefore did not allow Bandyt to be adopted back to his original owner. Now safe at husky house, Bandyt’s leg is healing after surgery, and he is looking for his loving forever home. He will be attending physical therapy to regain strength in his leg. He is great with other dogs but is currently being kept separate from other animals while his leg heals. Prior purebred Siberian Husky experience required for adoption. Please no homes with small animals or cats. Interested in adopting Bandyt? Please visit www.huskyhouse.org today to fill out an application.
