COURTESY POST & URGENT: Dusty (red & white Sibe girl) is apprx. 8 years old She & her sister were removed from a home where they were being severely neglected and living in a filthy environment. We have had them at the shelter since July, but only gained custody of them in November. They are both up to date with their shots. They need to be in an only pet household and placed with someone that is very familiar with this breed. They are both very loving, but have been through alot in their lives, so their forever home needs to come with alot of love and patience. *** CALL 973-835-3980 for more information and to adopt. ** This dog is located in Pequannock, NJ. Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
