Meet Sheila! Sheila is shih tzu puppy who was rescued from an abusive situation. Despite her history, she is a typical puppy - affectionate, playful, and friendly. She does well with all people and other dogs. Sheila is currently in a foster home and will be available for adoption soon, but we are taking applications for her now!
