Meet Kodiak! Kodiak is a husky who was surrendered to a NYC shelter with his siblings. Unfortunately Kodiak escaped from this shelter’s yard and was hit by a car and suffered a broken pelvis! He has had surgery and is recovered, although he can’t play too rough for another few months (until late May 2024). Kodiak is a bit nervous of moving cars and would love a home with a fenced in yard to play in as he continues to work on this fear. He is a sweet, friendly dog who is good with people and other dogs his size. Kodiak has never been tested with small dogs or cats. Interested in adopting Kodiak?
