Young Male Siberian Husky

This pet is no longer available for adoption.

Thunder was on the run with his brother. They either escaped from their home together or were let go (who can bear the thought of hearing that). They have been at the shelter for several days now and have not been claimed. We continue to hope that someone is looking for them and will come for them once they find out where they are. THUNDER IS A COURTESY POST. **If interested, please email as a contact e-mail & the shelter’s number 973-763-7322 as a contact phone number. He is not with Husky House but as with all of the orphaned SIbes out there, deserves his furever home. ** Thunder was out on the patio today when I met him. He was busily checking out his new environment with his companion, Cosmo. They were way more interested in sniffing and marking than they were in interacting with me, but they did come over several times to check me out. Litter of 4 female Westie pups.. just 8 weeks old just rescued. 12-5-10. Pics will be posted shortly. Please only apply if you are within our adoption area.. we will not do long distance adoptions. Submit an application asap to adopt one of these babies Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
