Young Female Beagle / Hound / Mixed

Spirit is a 2 year old female beagle hound mix. Sadly Spirit was abonded by her owners due to a treatable skin condition which she is being treated for now and is curable, her previous owners left her behind to die in a high kill shelter. Spirits was left under weight and malnourished but her loving and forgivable heart caught the eyes of volunteers who rallied around this sweet pup to get saved and get the health care she deserves. Spirit is full of life and is eager to give kisses. She is thriving now and has made the long journey to New Jersey. Her hair is growing back and she is looking for her forever home. She is great around all dogs and kids and will make the perfect family companion. Spirit has gained weight and is scheduled to be spayed 9/11/13
