Young Male Siberian Husky / Mixed

**Come & MEET ME at Petco on Rte. 10 East in Succasunna, NJ from 11AM-1PM on Saturday, 5/22/10 ** Meet Asher! Asher is approximately 3-4 years old. He is about 60-65 lbs. He is a rare saddleback husky, which means he is all white with dilute black color on his back like the shape of a saddle. ASHER is crate-trained and he likes to be brushed too! Asher does not like cats. He is one handsome boy with his blue eyes and extremely sweet. He walks very well on a leash, prefers no loud noises but seems pretty adjusted. He likes to chat to other dogs. Not sure how he is with cats yet. Asher was found as a stray. He was neutered, but no one ever came foward to claim him. He was found with a mass on his nose (was removed 4/29/10). UPDATE & good news, the mass was just a fatty tumor, no cancer. YEAH! He needs a foster home so if you would like to foster Asher please contact us ASAP at allybaba@optonline.net He is super soft and a nice boy. Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
