Baby Male Siberian Husky / Mixed

This pet is no longer available for adoption.

COME & MEET me this Sunday, 5/3/09 at the Cranford, NJ Street Fair from 11AM-5PM. Hi, I'm a 7 1/2 month old male siberian husky beauty. I am black and white and also bi-eyed. Some think I look like trouble with this mask but it couldn't be farther from the truth. I am really well behaved for a husky puppy. I am crate-trained and know sit and down and am working on paw. I learn fast when there is food or cookies involved. I will also do absolutely anything for a tennis ball. I have seen cats and just want to play with them but usually they don't want to so I just leave them alone. I don't know why they don't like me so I just play with my foster brother and sister instead. I arrived to Husky House 3/7/09. My best bud Highway and I were found in Tennessee together running free and we didn't know cars were dangerous. We were both injured, me with a broken leg which is healing nicely. I finally got my cast off on 4/18 and couldn't be happier. My foster mommy is taking me for walks now to help my leg get stronger and the doctors said it could take up to 3 weeks for me to stop limping and regain full use of my leg but I have already exceeded their expectations and am running around like I never even had a broken leg. I just love to give kisses and want as much attention as I can get. I am a young siberian husky boy and just need a home that understands and has experience in my breed. My friend Highway has his new forever home and I am just waiting for my forever family. Won't you please consider me for your new addition to your family. I will love you forever! Freeway's "just for the w/e" foster mommy, said he is a dream come true. Very, very sweet husky, loves children and is just a plain good boy. Once you meet him, he will steal your heart... Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience or have researched the breed thoroughly. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
