Quincy

Young Male Siberian Husky / Mixed

This pet is no longer available for adoption.

Quincy is a very unique looking pie-bald Siberian with one blue eye and one parti eye, which is when there is some blue and some brown in the same eye. His pictures do him absolutely no justice. He is about a year old and is about 50-55 lbs. He is currently being treated for Heartworm and is doing well with his treatments and will be finished at the end of February. He arrived at the "House" on 1/31/09. He has been fostered with two beagles. He is a typical siberian boy and is extremely mushy, loves to give loads of kisses and loves to ride in cars. He is good with other dogs but would be better in a home with no children. Please consider taking on this little boy into your family. He also needs a FOSTER HOME! If you'd like to foster him to get him out of the kennel and help him with his vet care appts., please contact us ASAP. Once again this is not the greatest pics of him, he swears he's much cuter in person woof-woof. Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience or have researched the breed thoroughly. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
