Monkey Boy
Young Male Siberian Husky / Mixed
This pet is no longer available for adoption.
MONKEY is currently fostering with a female Siberian and doing well. His cast has come off on 2/16/09! Yipee! He should be totally healed by 4/1/09 the vet has said. He's a real handsome guy.
Monkey is a rescue from Rhode Island. He was hit by a car and needed surgery to set his leg into place. Because he did not have a home, he did not get the needed medical attention until a month after the break, his recover, however should be full.
Monkey can not be placed with children. He gets along with other dogs. He is a big love and very playful. He is about 1 years old, black and white with bright blue eyes. He is a gorgeous boy who is searching for his forever home.
Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ/Philadelphia/Bucks County, PA area.
The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old.
You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home.
We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience or have researched the breed thoroughly.
We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
