Update for Winter, 2/7/09: Winter did excellent at the Super Pet Expo, he gets along well with other dogs, SMALL ONES TOO! He really needs to get ouf of the kennel, wouldn't you open your heart & home to him, he's bee in a kennel going on a year now. Hi, I'm Winter, I'm about two years old and really, really need to find my forever home. It's cold on these concrete floors. Please open your heart and home to me. I would not be good with cats. I just need some guidance as I'm your typical young Siberian boy, a home with husky experience would be great. A home without very young children would be best for me. Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience or have researched the breed thoroughly. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
