Honey-RIP

Baby Female Siberian Husky / Mixed

This pet is no longer available for adoption.

6-10-08 Honey passed away this evening at 7pm leaving all of us here at the House heartbroken. Rest in Peace my Sweet Hoeny Girl.. I will never forget you Honey is a small black & white Siberian Husky with blue eyes. She is a baby--about a year old. She is about 40 pounds and will be easily trained on a leash. Honey is very active, loves to play with other dogs and loves people and children. She interacts very well with other dogs and tends to submit. Honey is housebroken and crate trained. While she has plenty of energy to play, she is also very mellow and well behaved for a husky pup. Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience or have researched the breed thoroughly. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
