COME & MEET ME at a Huge Husky House Adoption Day!! Can anyone help this poor “Mini Husky” in need? Believe it or not this little girl is ONLY 1 years old. Her name is “Misa”. She only weighs 16lbs, very small, petite in size. She was surrendered to the NYC shelter by her owners on 4/27 at just 8 months old. They stated they could not longer afford the cost of caring for her. Our vets found that she has demodectic mange and we have started her treatment . Misa is a total mush. She loves to give kisses and sit in your lap.. If you would be interested in helping this poor girl please contact us asap. Please note, that at this time, Husky House does not adopt out of the immediate NY/NJ area. The minimum age for adopters is 23 years old. You must reside within a one hour drive from either NYC or from Bridgewater NJ. We DO NOT do long distance adoptions because we do home visits prior to the pup going to its new home. We do not adopt out Siberian puppies (under 1 year of age) unless you have prior Siberian experience or have researched the breed thoroughly. We DO NOT place in homes that rely on the invisible/electric fence as the sole means of containment. If your yard is fenced in - your fence must be at least 5 feet tall.
